This site runs no analytics, sets no cookie of its own, and builds no profile of a visitor. Nothing on any other page collects anything.

The information is used for that purpose. It is not used for marketing, and it is not sold, rented or traded.
How a request travels
How a request reaches DataEnergy
When you submit the Contact form, your browser sends it to a server-side endpoint on this site, which emails it to contact@dataenergy.ca through an email service.
This website is hosted on Vercel, and Contact requests are transmitted using Resend. Those service providers process the information in order to deliver those services.
The website does not write Contact submissions into an application database of its own. There is no submission datastore: a request exists as the email it became.
Marketing

The Contact form does not ask for marketing consent, and there is no mailing list.
It carries no consent control, no newsletter option and no subscription of any kind, because it collects nothing for those purposes. Writing to DataEnergy is not a subscription to anything.
Sensitive information

Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information through the Contact form.
It is an ordinary email path, and it is the wrong place for operational data, personal data about someone else, credentials, or anything under an obligation of confidentiality. Write enough for DataEnergy to understand the request, and settle how to exchange anything further once there is someone to agree it with.
How long it is kept
How long a request is kept
A request you send becomes an email in the DataEnergy mailbox that receives it, and it is kept while it is needed for the conversation it belongs to.
No fixed period is stated here, because none has been set. If you want a request you sent removed, write to contact@dataenergy.ca and say so.

Write to contact@dataenergy.ca to ask what you sent, to correct it, or to ask for it to be removed.
