Why this matters to a governed decision
A forecast is one input, and never the authority.
On its own, a remaining-life model does not know whether the telemetry it is reading is current, whether the operator's policy permits a pull in this section, who holds authority on this shift, or whether anyone has authorized anything.
Prediction is one of the things a governed decision rests on. It is not the decision, and it is never the authority for one. Governed Bit Intervention is where that distinction is worked through in full.
This product remains technically independent. It is not a module of anything, and no integration with the other DataEnergy products is claimed.
AI proposes. Policy decides what is permitted. People authorize. Every decision keeps its evidence.
